Where do I send grant proposals or letters of inquiry?Please send grant proposals and letters of inquiry via the United States Postal Service to: Alison McWilliams, Executive Director, Naomi and Nehemiah Cohen Foundation, P.O. Box 30100, Bethesda, MD 20824. 5. May I hand-deliver my proposal?No, we ask that you send them to us by the United States Postal Service. Due to our limited staff, we are unable to accept letters of inquiry or proposals by e-mail, fax, Federal Express or messenger. 6. How long should my letter of inquiry be?Your letter of inquiry should be approximately two pages. 7. What should I include in my letter of inquiry?Organizations that have never received funding from the Foundation should submit one original and two copies of a letter of inquiry accompanied by:
8. If chosen for a full grant proposal, what is the required length?There is no required length, but we prefer that proposals be approximately 10 to 12 pages. 9.
